We’re an education brand: video courses, webinars, guides and checklists. We don’t provide legal representation or job placement — we teach you the process step-by-step so you can do it correctly and safely.

For people who want to understand the process and do it right — starting with Poland, then expanding to CZ/HU/RS/BG/RO.
Core focus: Poland. Next in queue: Czechia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania — we add countries when checklists are production-ready.
DOWNLOADS & ACCESS
Go to My Account → Downloads. Files are available instantly after payment. If you can’t see them, log out/in and refresh.
Currently there is no expiry planned for downloads. If we change that, we’ll notify you ahead of time and keep a grace period.
Yes. We refresh checklists when consulates/VFS change rules. Re-download to get the latest version.
Check spam and the email used at checkout. You can also download from My Account → Downloads. Still nothing? Contact support with your order number.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered; technical/payment issues are resolved.

Slots are limited. In our Poland Guide we explain typical release windows, alerts, and how to prepare a complete set so you don’t lose a slot.
It depends on purpose (work, study, family). Each checklist in the guide lists mandatory docs, common mistakes, and acceptable alternates.
Booking time varies by mission; processing depends on season and case type. We show realistic ranges and how to avoid avoidable delays.
Yes — we include routes, document specifics, and common pitfalls for spouse/children cases where applicable.

Yes, replays are available if you miss the live session. We’ll email you the link to the recording.
We do Q&A during live webinars. 1:1 consultations may be added later as a separate product — if available, you’ll see them in the shop.
